Hi There! This blog will no longer have any new post or activities. Please click here to go to my NEW blog, as I've depleted all the memory on this one. I hope to see you there! I will, however, continue to keep this blog up, as there are tons of ideas and tutorials that you may want to search through. When you are done searching here, please head on over to my new blog and visit me there. Aloha, Teri

You know you are one

I know I am! In today's world, more and more women are standing up for what they believe in and because we do, people call us a bitch. My favorite cousin, Jill, and I wanted to tell other women out there that it's okay to be a bitch because it really means that you are a strong woman. To show the world that we mean business, we decided to design a slogan t-shirt to stand behind what a woman of today stands for. Here's what we came up with:This is the front of the shirt. Can you see the bling in the dot of the letter "i"?? If you can't read the fine print under the BITCH, it's a description of our interpretation of the word bitch. Beautiful, Intelligent, Talented, Charming, Hot...
Here's the back of the shirt. This design is on the lower portion of the shirt, only now, we changed the email addy to our blog addy. New shirts will reflect our blog.
This shirt or post is not intended to offend anyone. I apologize in advance if this is something that does not appeal to you.
Got this off the internet:
BITCHOLOGY
When I stand up for myself and my beliefs, they call me a bitch.
When I stand up for those I love, they call me a bitch.
When I speak my mind, they think my own thoughts or do things my own way, they call me a bitch.
Being a bitch means I won't compromise what's in my heart.
It means I live my life MY way.
It means I won't allow anyone to step on me.
When I refuse to tolerate injustice and speak against it, I am defined as a bitch.
The same thing happens when I take time for myself instead of being everyone's maid, or when I act a little selfish.
It means I have the courage and strength to allow myself to be who I truly am and won't become anyone else's idea of what they should think "I" should be.
I am outspoken, opinionated and determined.
I want and what I want and there is nothing wrong with that.
So try to stomp on me, try to douse my inner flame, try to squash every ounce of beauty I hold within me.
You won't succeed.
And if that makes me a bitch, so be it.
I embrace the title and am proud to bear it.

Do you believe it? If you do and want to show the world that you too, are a bitch, guess what? You can own one of our B.I.T.C.H.wear shirts! Lots of luck with your new business. I exhibit many of the characteristics of a "bitch" but I don't think I would want to wear a shirt to publicize it. :)

You know I am so tired of this entire BITCH thing.... Yes I know it is an acronym, but do we really want someone to call us a bitch? I sure as hell wont wear a shirt, sure I am a strong woman, but I would not label myself a bitch..becuase in reality, when someone reads the shirt from afar...what do you really think they would think of... If you really want them to know what message you are trying to get across, you would have make the acronym a lot bigger and the word bitch smaller... I am not offended, but just irritated that women call themselves bitches.. ( when we know what the real world thinks when they SEE your shirt.... I am one local girl...nuff already

I am beside myself. Your blog is no longer a place I will visit. You disappoint me and frends Teri. Your projects are precious, but you've stooped to a level so low to gain attention for all wrong reasons. Is how you want to promote blog to readers and our children? I come often here, and go happy, today disappointed. It would be a pleasure to see a photo of you wearing this t-shirt with your children, husband and other family with you. Are they just as proud as you are? This is the great big idea you come up with? If your children look up to you and what you label yourself here with this idea, you ok with children tell teacher or some one else that mom is bitch? Have you thougt about your children calling you by this name? this is not upset to you? this is not a concern, your children think of you and call you by this name? To be strong and powerful, not meaning to be bitch, but rather respectful and confident in yourself. Your meanings make not much sense description is of a super model, not bitch. You have friend that blog about bitch weeks back, and she give meaning to bitch in dictionery is to a female dog. My thoughts of this, you like to be labeled female dog? Your husband call you bitch and you feel good and strong? I don't think you will be charming?. For this reason of you choose to promote like this, I subscribe no more to your blog. Your product will not sell to those that respect themself.

Hey, Teri, what a bitchin' great idea! I love it. You are so clever and creative These shirts should go over VERY well with women with a sense of humor as well as a good self image. Don't let the snobs get you down. This is a super good idea, and I wish you loads of success with the new venture. Just don't get so busy you don't have time for classes and brownies! Loads of love, Judie

Teri, after reading your other blog, i had to come back and see this one...i haven't had much time to keep up with blog-reading and am sorry i missed this one...i wouldn't worry about those with 'unfavorable' comments...i think it's wonderful that you and your cousing are undertaking a new venture...there's nothing wrong with what you are doing...i compare this to those that get offended by certain movies or sayings...take it at face value...it's not meant to slander or berate...it's humorous...again, take it at face value...have a sense of humor...

i still love what you do and will buy a shirt! :)
