Hi There! This blog will no longer have any new post or activities. Please click here to go to my NEW blog, as I've depleted all the memory on this one. I hope to see you there! I will, however, continue to keep this blog up, as there are tons of ideas and tutorials that you may want to search through. When you are done searching here, please head on over to my new blog and visit me there. Aloha, Teri

LCWC #8

If you checked in this morning, my apologies for not posting my Little C's Weekly Challenge on time! I had created my card but wasn't ready to post this morning. I actually woke up late and ran out of time to do the upload, etc. As you can see, I'm not yet back into the swing of things just yet, but I just had to participate in this week's challenge because I just LOVE Halloween! This is my first Halloween card for this year.
Here is the sketch we are following this week. I ran into a little problem when I created my card because the circles were too large, so I had to only use two of the three circles - does this still count Jen? I tried...this is the first week that I feel like I bombed on the sketch...I'll do better next week guys, promise! Here is my card. I love this little guy! I had to "stickle" his clothing because I kinda goofed up some while coloring. I guess I'm out of practice from not crafting for two weeks! All of these images came from a stamp set called Booglie Eyes. I guess if I had some googlie eyes, I could have put some on, but I couldn't find any - oh well.
Here are the supplies: (all supplies are from SU)
Cardstock: Vintage Violet (retired), DS Halloween paper (retired), basic black, Kiwi Kiss, very vanilla
Stamp Image - Booglie Eyes
5/8" old olive grosgrain ribbon
3/4" and 1" circle punches
Marvy super jumbo scallop square punch
purple and green stickles
Be sure to stop by the Design Diva's blogs to check out their take on this week's sketch - everyone did such a spooktacular job! Haha! Okay, even my take on being funny is rusty...I better stop while I'm ahead... Here are the divas that played this week, check it out!

If you would like to play this week, create something using this week's sketch and link up to this post on Jen's Pieces of Me blog...she will pick one lucky winnah next week! Good luck!
Don't forget to check out all the new stuff at Little C's! I heard that alot of goodies are in!
I'm not sure when my next post is going to be...If I have some time, there are a bunch of things that I'd like to share including some much belated thank you's to a couple of gals who brightened up Grandpa's hospital stay by sending him cards...he was so happy!

Hi Teri! Great cards by all of you. All of you are always so creative. I love the colors you used on your card. I especially like the stickled outfit. :)

I didn't know- was your grandpa in the hospital too?

We all understand how busy you are. Blogging does take lots of time. Believe me I know. Now I won't be concerned if I don't see a new post each day. :)

I love your card! DOn't worry about posting late. OK I'm gonna use my stern mommy voice now, "Teri, take care of yourself and REST" Did you get the mommy tone!? haha, I just want you to stay healthy. THe strain of cold that's going around is nasty. Travis is still really sick and hanabaddahs everywhere! It's been about a month now. And I'm still sick too. And mine turned into pneumonia, so please rest! It's a nasty cold. Hugs, hugs, hugs, Jenn
