Hi There! This blog will no longer have any new post or activities. Please click here to go to my NEW blog, as I've depleted all the memory on this one. I hope to see you there! I will, however, continue to keep this blog up, as there are tons of ideas and tutorials that you may want to search through. May Class - Part 2

Oh boy! Things are surely catching up with me! I had this post and didn't have time to complete the pre-posting, so here I am rushing to get this posted before leaving for work today! Here is a cute graduation card that we made. This wonderful idea did not come from one of my bright ideas (shucks!). I bought the instructions for this fabulous card from a gal named Kim Sinclair, who is a talented SU demonstrator. If you are interested in purchasing Kim's tutorial to make this fun card, you can find it right HERE. My version is a wee bit different as I wanted all of the cards we made this month to be full sized cards. Here's what it looked like opened up...
We also made wedding cards this month. Here is one of the three. The stamps came from a set called Blissful Bride and is available in the summer mini catalog! I have to admit that I didn't care too much for the samples in the catty, just that it didn't catch my eye. But I do love this set and am glad that I bought it! BTW if you would like a summer mini catalog, email me and I will get one out to you! (Claudia, your copy is being sent today!)
For this card, I used my embossing folder and added bling
Here's the inside of the card. I used the leftover glassine envelopes from last month and topped it off with a butterfly.
That's all for today! Gotta get off the computer and rush to catch my bus! I can't wait for some extra time to visit your blogs...life has been so busy/crazy! **sigh**

Great cards, Teri. I can't wait to get my kit. I too didn't especially care for the samples in the catty but love what you did with them.

I'm always looking for a clever way to insert a monetary gift into a card without worrying that it will fall out. The use of the glassine envelope is a perfectly elegant way to present the money. Thank you for the great idea!
