Berry Christmas cards

I tried to do a post yesterday morning, but ran out of time. I guess I did a little too much lounging with Mochiko when I woke up that I couldn't get to all of the things that I had planned on doing done before leaving for work! Lazy Monday, trying to recoup from the extremely busy Sunday!!
Anyhoo, here are a couple of cards that I whipped up to donate to my son's schools' silent auction happening this Sunday, November 8 at his high school.
I saw this layout using the Berry Christmas (#116509) on the SU demonstrator website and just had to make one. Simple, yet so pretty. I didn't even need to use a ribbon! I packed a set of 5 cards and 5 envelopes in a cute acetate box sized just right for these cards and tied them up with some beautiful satin ribbon. Of course, I don't have a photo of it as I rushed to leave the house to attend a meeting for the parents for this steak dinner/silent auction...Here are what the cards look like.
I used the stamp set called Christmas Greetings (#115448), it's a two stamp set. I just love the Merry Christmas sentiment that I stamped on the bottom of the card front and the greeting for the inside of the card.
What do you think of the cards? I plan on making a big bunch more for a craft fair that's coming up, so after they are all wrapped up pretty, I'll take a photo of it so you can see. Thanks for stopping by!
