Card holder bomb

I'm still experimenting in making cute little card holders to give as gifts. I tried my hand at making a larger holder and it bombed. I wasn't satisfied with the way it turned out, mostly on the inside. It was a little too large, like there was a gap between the two pockets inside. I didn't take a photo of it because it was so ugly to me. Anyway, just wanted to share that a project that didn't turn out the way I envisioned it. The one thing I did like was the SU DP and the cute bird stamp from a set called Cheap Talk, one of my favorites and of course, my favorite colors! Happy Thursday! We are almost to the weekend!! Thanks for stopping by today! I love to hear what you think of my projects!! XO

It's totally cute Teri! Did you pleat the sides or make it like an organizer/accordian style? Whoo! As Kyoko says, I think I would like to "jack" this idea. LOL.

I haven't really been making too many projects but I like it! It looks perfectly fine to me. I really should start working on more of projects instead of just cards. I make two so far this week which I will post post on Saturday.

Cheap Talk is one of my favorite sets too - I made quite a bit of cards with the BigZ SU die cut too and I love the DP you used. I hope you'll show us the inside later.

Hi Teri! I think your card holder came out great and I LOVE it! Funny thing is I just made one last night (and just posted), but with no handles! I'd like to think that I'm on the same (creative)wavelength as you, but I think it's just a coinky-dink! :D
