Special Birthday Card

Short post today. I can't believe that I got sick AGAIN! I guess with this weather and me running around like a crazy lady, it was destined to get me again!! Is this a warning to slow down? Anyway, this past weekend, CUTE STUFF (in Puck's Alley) celebrated it's 11th birthday!! I made a card for Lianne. One of my favorite Whipper Snapper stamps! I learned this cool card from my SU upline Cindy B. one year. It's an origami fold card and opens up like this:
Cool, huh! I'll see if I can do a simple tutorial to show you how. That's of course when I feel better. I will be taking a short break from blogging so I can get well and take care of my holiday gathering details. I will be having a fun gathering with lots of projects, yummy food and fun in December, so stay tuned!
Thank you all for the wonderful comments you all left for me. Once I feel better, I will be back on YOUR blogs to check it out and leave my comments! See you again in a few days!

Take care, Teri, you don't want to be sick during the holidays. I got sick too but tried to catch it in the bud with some Chinese herbs and it worked wonders. Will look forward to your tutorial next week - I bought this stamp from Jen but never made a card yet.

I am so sorry to hear that you are not feeling well again. You need to slow down. No more stamping until you are well. :)

Teri, I hope you are feeling better today! I love how you made this card open up, I'm going to have to look at that tutorial and make a few myself. I am late with some cards (my DSIL's bday was yesterday! uh oh!) so thanks for inspiring me to make some stuff today!

I saw your card at Cute Stuff this weekend too...I asked Lianne if she had that cute stamp, she didn't have any on the shelf...so she sold me hers. : ) I'm so happy... she's adorable and I love that little animal that she's holding. I hope that you're feeling better. Can't wait until you're 100% so that you can start posting again...but play it safe...get 100% better first. It's a bad time to be under the weather, with Christmas just around the corner. Take care!
